Written Exam

Flight Exam
The flight exam, or checkride, is the final milestone in earning your pilot’s license. This comprehensive assessment, conducted by a certified FAA examiner, evaluates your ability to operate an aircraft safely and competently in a variety of scenarios. It includes both oral and practical components.
During the oral portion, you’ll demonstrate knowledge of aircraft systems, flight planning, regulations, and aeronautical decision-making (ADM). The practical portion tests your flying skills, including maneuvers, takeoffs, landings, and emergency procedures.
